Parameters

the_device RegistrarRecord: the connection which should be replaced by a connection with this device
toTake ActiveConnection: specifies participant of other call which should be replaced by the extension the_device

Remarks

this method allows to select specific device. At the moment, it is for future use and CallManager does not implement selection of the device. So this method currently implemented the same as PickupCall(String, ActiveConnection) and takes on DN from the_device

PBXIsNotConnected	No connection with call manager to perform action
